Eligibility for Returns:

You may return an artwork within 3 business days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

To be eligible for a refund, your artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at jennyshawart@gmail.com to notify us of your decision and to receive further instructions.

Please securely package the artwork in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective artwork).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned artwork.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your artwork for another piece, please contact us to discuss availability and exchange options.

Damaged or Defective Artwork:

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.

• Processing Time:

  • For paper art work (unframed): All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
  • Already Framed paintings: 1-3 business days.
  • Framed paintings on request: 5-8 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

  Shipping Rates:

  • Domestic Shipping (United States): We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping: For our international customers, shipping rates vary depending on the destination and size of the artwork. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  Shipping Methods:

  • Domestic Orders (United States): We primarily use USPS or UPS for domestic shipments, ensuring reliable and secure delivery of your artwork.
  • International Orders: International shipments are handled by Fedex, UPS or DHL, providing tracked and insured shipping to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

  Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Orders (United States): Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
  • International Orders: Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination but generally range from 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and local postal services.

  Order Tracking:

  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

  Packaging:

  We take great care in packaging our original paintings to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each artwork is securely wrapped and protected to prevent any damage during transit. We have 2 types of packaging:

  • Paper art work: unframed painting rolled and packaged in an artwork tube.
  • Framed paintings: wrapped safely in bubble wrap inside a carton box.

  Customs and Duties:

  For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
