You may return an artwork within 3 business days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, your artwork must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at jennyshawart@gmail.com to notify us of your decision and to receive further instructions.
Please securely package the artwork in its original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective artwork).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned artwork.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your artwork for another piece, please contact us to discuss availability and exchange options.
Damaged or Defective Artwork:
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
